Our Spa area is also available to non-resident guests and is an oasis of relaxation. Here you can really relax after a long eventful day. Cool down after a session in our dry or steam sauna, with direct access to the garden it is possible to take a cold dip in the Lake Dämeritz instead of a plunge pool.

Relax under a starry sky in our relaxation room or let the summer or winter sun shine down on you. You have the choice between a Finnish dry sauna, a steam bath or a Bio-Sauna. You can enjoy a variety of massages from our physiotherapist which you can reserve. (Also possible for medical treatments).

In our Brainlight relaxation oasis you can choose from 20 different programs. Here you will find absolute peace and relaxation between the sauna sessions. Leave everday life behind for half an hour and recharge yourself with new energy. With mind programs such as:

The Sauna is open from 17.00-22.00 (or by arrangement at other times for a minimum of 4 people)
